Prayer

One of the most important things we can do as a church is to pray for each other. Sometimes when there are acute needs it’s helpful to let everyone know at once and also to hear what is happening so you can pray.

To help us do this, we have a system whereby people (or those they have nominated) can let us know of acute prayer needs and we can forward them to those in the church family who want to receive them so they can pray.

To do this in a way that honours your choice of how much to share you will need to opt-in to receive prayer requests and also to confirm that you are happy for us to send them on your behalf via MyChurchSuite. We will only accept requests for you from yourself, your spouse, or someone else you have nominated in advance by emailing info@ccwalkley.co.uk. This is also the email address you should send prayer requests to.

This provision is only for particularly significant, occasional, and urgent prayer needs, so we may sometimes encourage you to seek prayer from your Small Group or others in the church directly if it’s not appropriate to message everybody.
